Bullying of school-age kids is becoming very common. Usually the bullying does not end in suicide as it did in this case. The student was bullied for being gay. You can read the whole story HERE.

You may have read or heard about other cases involving bullying of gay students at schools that have ended tragically. One of the problems with bullying is trying to document it as a problem before it becomes fatal.

Human resource officers have struggled with this in the workplace in the form of sexual harassment which is another form of bullying.

Bullying and sexual harassment often involved two people with no witnesses. So it is one person’s word against another person. That’s why it’s so hard to prove sometimes.
